MEET THE FOUNDER

Guided by Nature

Heather Koa (Solomon), E‑RYT 500, lives yoga as a way of being and has devoted over a decade to the study of Yoga and Ayurveda.

From a young age she was drawn to movement, nature, and spirituality, so when she stepped into her first yoga class in 2012, she felt an immediate sense of home. The practice not only helped heal an old hamstring injury, it also brought mental clarity and a deep inner awareness.

Since childhood, Heather had a calling to the rainforest, so in 2017 she found an incredible Yoga Teacher training in Costa Rica to deepen her studies while immersed in the jungle.

Through Yoga Ethos, she now shares her intuitive style of teaching, drawing on the wisdom from Yoga and Ayurveda to hold space for students to connect their true nature.
